During the program, Le Ha Huyen Trang's circumstances evoked much sympathy from viewers. Growing up in a broken family, she had to move in with her maternal grandmother. Tragedy struck when her mother died in a traffic accident in December 2025. Currently, Huyen Trang relies on her nearly 80-year-old grandmother in Khanh Hoi commune, Ninh Binh province.
Huyen Trang was deeply shocked by her mother's sudden death. After the accident, the company where her mother worked provided 20 million VND as funeral assistance and paid her remaining salary. The funeral was mainly handled with the help of relatives and friends. Currently, Huyen Trang and her grandmother are classified as a poor household. Their house, built in 1990, is severely dilapidated, with a leaky roof, damp and peeling walls. Huyen Trang has to cover her bedroom with plastic sheeting to protect it from heavy rain.
My grandmother is elderly, suffers from high blood pressure, and is in poor health, so she is no longer able to work and can only provide meager meals. Most of our daily needs depend on the support of my aunts, but all four of them are self-employed with unstable incomes, so their assistance is limited.
Huyen Trang herself has poor health. Since the fourth grade, she has frequently experienced shortness of breath and chest pain, and has been diagnosed with heart problems, requiring her to take medication for many years. In addition, she suffers from dermatitis, sebaceous cysts on her legs, and stomach pain. Despite her illnesses and losses, Huyen Trang still dreams of becoming a veterinarian and strives to study hard so that her mother, far away, can rest easy.

Witnessing Huyen Trang's story, MC Oc Thanh Van couldn't hide her sorrow. She felt heartbroken hearing that the little girl's wish to spend more time with her mother would never come true. Hau Hoang burst into tears at the plight of the grandmother and granddaughter.
